Friday morning we had another look around the sewerage run-off, adding
Barred Wren-Warbler, before heading North to Etosha, probably the premier wildlife park in Namibia:
We snapped a couple of the local species of antelope on our way out of the Erongo area including Impala:
together with klipspringer:
And en route we saw our first Kingfisher, this a Striped Kingfisher.
On arrival in Etosha, it became apparent immediately we were staying in government run accommodation. As a result, it looked as if it would be good and it was relatively expensive, but was in fact shabby, with faulty air con, a faulty toilet, torn mosquito nets, etc. I wonder where all the money goes...
